The 180B0076 pump belongs to the PAH Displacement Pumps series and is built by Danfoss for hydraulic automation where consistent liquid delivery is required. The pump body is formed from AISI 304, giving corrosion resistance suitable for common process fluids. Each revolution moves 100 cm³ of medium so flow can be calculated precisely in closed-loop systems. A 1 1/2-inch inlet simplifies connection to upstream lines while the 1 1/4-inch outlet provides a balanced discharge path. The unit operates between 700 and 1500 rpm, allowing designers to match pump speed to drive motor capabilities. At the lower limit it supplies 66.6 l/min, and when driven at top speed it reaches 146.9 l/min, covering a substantial demand range without changing hardware.
For pressure control, the pump accepts suction conditions from 0 to 4 barg, giving flexibility for flooded or lightly pressurized inlet arrangements. On the discharge side it maintains process stability between 30 and 80 barg so downstream components can be sized confidently. Media temperature may vary from 2 °C to 50 °C, making the pump adequate for chilled or mildly heated liquids without additional cooling equipment. An NBR seal isolates the wet end from the drive housing to prevent leakage under the stated limits. During normal duty the acoustic emission is 81 dBA, a level planners can reference when setting enclosure or hearing protection requirements.
