The 180B0070 pump is produced by Danfoss within the PAH Displacement Pumps series and is used for hydraulic automation where fixed-volume fluid delivery is required. It displaces 20 cm³ per revolution to establish the exact volume moved each shaft turn, and the design supports a maximum flow of 45.9 l/min for mid-range circuit demand. Continuous service is permitted from 1000 rpm up to 2400 rpm, giving flexibility for variable-speed drives. The housing is made from AISI 316 or higher to resist corrosion, while NBR seals retain compatibility with common hydraulic media. A 1 1/4 in BSPP inlet and a 3/4 in BSPP outlet provide standardized threading that simplifies pipework and reduces connection leakage.
The pump tolerates a steady inlet pressure of 6 barg, with short peaks up to 20 barg during transients, letting upstream boosters operate safely. On the discharge side it sustains 50 barg while a minimum outlet pressure of 10 barg prevents backflow. Driving the unit at rated conditions requires 4 kW on a 50 Hz motor, and the shaft must deliver 19.5 Nm of torque at maximum pressure. Acoustic output is limited to 79 dB(A) so the assembly fits typical industrial noise guidelines without extra dampening.
