The 180B0060 unit is manufactured by Danfoss in the PAH Displacement Pumps series. It is intended for hydraulic automation circuits and delivers a fixed displacement of 25 cm³ per revolution, giving designers a clear volumetric output for flow calculations. The housing is formed from AISI 304 stainless steel to resist corrosion in demanding industrial environments. A minimum operating speed of 700 rpm supports steady circulation at reduced load, whereas a maximum speed of 1800 rpm allows higher throughput when process demand rises. Correspondingly, the pump produces flows from 14.9 l/min up to 42.7 l/min to cover a wide range of actuator requirements. The suction port uses a 1 1/4 in connection so inlet piping can maintain adequate supply, and the discharge port is sized at 3/4 in for compatibility with common high-pressure lines.
For system integration, the unit tolerates inlet pressures up to 4 barg, preventing cavitation when the supply is pressurized. It must deliver at least 30 barg on the outlet side and can reach 160 barg, which suits high-pressure hydraulic components. Fluid temperature can range from 2 °C to 50 °C, allowing service with chilled or moderately warm media. Dynamic sealing is achieved with NBR material, balancing elasticity and chemical resistance. A 1/4 in drain connection simplifies routing of case leakage back to the reservoir, protecting internal bearings from excess fluid. Operating sound is measured at 79 dBA, providing data for noise abatement considerations in equipment enclosures.
