The 180B0041 displacement pump from Danfoss belongs to the PAH Displacement Pumps series and supplies pressurized hydraulic fluid to automated equipment. Its stainless AISI 304 housing resists corrosion that can occur in water-based hydraulic circuits. The pump moves 80 cm³ per revolution, giving predictable volume delivery for proportional valve systems. A top rotational speed of 1800 rpm supports high cycle rates, while the minimum 700 rpm keeps flow stable during reduced demand. At full speed it reaches a flow of 138.1 L/min so actuators receive sufficient fluid for sustained duty. The 1 1/2 in suction port matches common pipe sizes and the unit tolerates inlet conditions down to 0 bar g, allowing placement close to a vented reservoir.
The same pump operates in ambient temperatures up to 50 °C, letting it run inside warm production cells. Media temperature can vary between 2 °C and 50 °C, which permits handling of chilled or moderately heated fluids without degrading internal parts. An inlet pressure ceiling of 4 bar g protects the seal set, whereas the outlet side withstands pressures from 30 bar g to 160 bar g so cylinders receive the force range needed for pressing, clamping, or lifting functions. The discharge port is 1 1/4 in, reducing line velocity as fluid exits the housing. A nitrile rubber (NBR) seal package contains the fluid and resists mineral oil additives commonly found in hydraulic media. During operation the sound pressure level stays at 80 dBA, supporting compliance with typical industrial noise limits.
