The 180B0032 displacement pump is produced by Danfoss and forms part of the PAH Displacement Pumps series, supplying pressurized water to hydraulic automation systems that require a dependable source of clean fluid power. It delivers between 7.6 and 21.6 liters per minute so machine builders can size actuators without external throttling, and it runs at shaft speeds of 1,000 to 2,400 rpm for direct coupling to standard electric motors. A 3/4-inch inlet port accepts common hose fittings, while a 3/8-inch outlet port feeds the high-pressure line with minimal dead volume. Because the minimum inlet pressure is 0 bar gauge, the unit can draw fluid from an atmospheric reservoir, supporting simple gravity-fed supply arrangements. Operating noise is rated at 75 dBA to help installations meet plant acoustic limits, and NBR seals are used to resist water and mild additives during continuous cycling.
The pump tolerates inlet pressures up to 4 bar gauge without cavitation, allowing connection to slightly pressurized feed manifolds when longer suction lines are unavoidable. On the discharge side it maintains circuit pressures from 10 to 140 bar gauge, making it suitable for medium-pressure water hydraulics such as clamping devices or spray systems. Permissible media temperatures range from 2 to 50 °C, so chilled process water or moderately heated cleaning solutions can be handled without loss of seal integrity. The assembly weighs 8.25 kg, keeping skids light and enabling single-person handling during maintenance while still providing the rigidity needed for continuous duty.
