The 180B0030 pump belongs to the PAH Displacement Pumps series and is produced by Danfoss for hydraulic automation where compact, positive-displacement fluid delivery is required. Its housing is built from AISI 304, which resists corrosion when water-based or mildly aggressive media are used. The fixed displacement of 4 cm³ per revolution defines a predictable volume transfer for each shaft turn, making flow calculation straightforward. Continuous operation is allowed from 1000 rpm up to a ceiling of 3000 rpm so the pump can match variable drive speeds on industrial systems. At the lower speed the unit supplies 2.9 l/min, while the upper speed yields a maximum of 10.1 l/min, providing a usable flow window for small actuators and spray circuits. The pump can accept fluid as cold as 2 °C, supporting cold-start conditions in unheated plants. Media temperatures may reach 50 °C, which covers typical cooling and cleaning fluids used in automated cells. A 1/4 in outlet port is provided to interface with compact high-pressure tubing, and a dedicated M6 drain connection routes case leakage back to tank to prevent shaft seal stress.
