The 180B0029 displacement pump is manufactured by Danfoss and belongs to the PAH Displacement Pumps series. It is intended to supply pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation where precise, low-volume delivery is required. At 1500 rpm the pump provides a flow rate of 8.6 l/min, and the geometric displacement is 6.3 cm³ per revolution. Continuous service is allowed between 1000 and 3000 rpm, enabling speed-dependent flow control. Acceptable inlet pressure ranges from 0 to 4 bar g so the unit can draw fluid from either vented reservoirs or slightly pressurized lines. Discharge pressures can be set between 10 and 100 bar g to match medium-pressure actuators.
The housing is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, giving corrosion resistance when handling water-based media. Fluid temperature must stay between 2 and 50 °C to preserve viscosity, and the ambient environment can range from 0 to 50 °C without affecting performance. A 2.2 kW motor is required to drive the pump at 1500 rpm, while the shaft must deliver 12.4 Nm of torque at the maximum 100 bar outlet pressure. Sound pressure level is 76 dB(A), permitting installation near personnel within typical industrial noise limits.
