The 180B0023 pump is part of the PAH Displacement Pumps series produced by Danfoss for hydraulic automation where consistent volumetric delivery is required. A displacement of 6.3 cm³ per revolution sets the fixed output per shaft turn, while an operating window from 700 to 1800 rpm allows it to pair with variable-speed prime movers. At maximum speed the unit supplies 10.6 l/min, and it withstands outlet pressures up to 140 barg for high-pressure circuits. The housing is machined from AISI 304 stainless steel to resist corrosion when handling mildly aggressive fluids, and airborne noise is limited to 76 dBA to keep equipment sound levels within standard plant guidelines.
The hydraulic connection layout includes a 1/2 in BSPP inlet for low-pressure supply, a 1/4 in BSPP outlet for high-pressure discharge, and an M6 drain port that removes internal leakage oil. NBR seals retain fluid and block external contaminants during continuous duty. The pump accepts inlet pressures up to 4 barg without cavitation and can handle media between 2 °C and 50 °C; the same 50 °C limit applies to ambient air around the installation. A net weight of 4.466 kg permits direct mounting on compact frames without heavy support structures.
