The 180B0022 is produced by Danfoss for the PAH Displacement Pumps series and serves hydraulic automation loops that call for steady, low-volume flow. A displacement of 4 cm³ per revolution sets the delivered volume per shaft turn, and an AISI 304 housing resists corrosion from typical process liquids. Minimum flow is 1.9 l/min for fine metering, while duty peaks at 6.4 l/min when higher throughput is needed. Drive speed can fall to 700 rpm during energy-saving cycles or rise to 1800 rpm in full-load service. Fluid enters through a 1/2 in BSPP port and exits through a 1/4 in BSPP port, simplifying hose selection and manifold layout.
The inlet side tolerates up to 4 barg so upstream supply lines remain lightly loaded, whereas outlet pressure can be set between 10 and 140 barg to match actuator requirements. Reliable operation is maintained when media temperature stays between 2 °C and 50 °C, protecting viscosity and component clearances. NBR seals provide leak-tight performance with common hydraulic oils, and an M6 drain connection allows trapped air or excess liquid to be released from the case. Sound emission is rated at 76 dBA, supporting installation in equipment zones that impose defined noise limits.
