The 11002586 axial piston pump belongs to the H1P Axial Piston Single Pumps series and is manufactured by Danfoss for closed-circuit hydraulic automation. The maximum displacement of 78 cc per revolution sets the peak flow available to downstream actuators, and clockwise rotation aligns with engines that turn right-hand when viewed from the shaft end. A SAE C 4-bolt mounting flange fixes the housing to standard power take-off pads, while the input shaft carries 23 teeth with a 16/32 involute spline to transfer torque without slippage. A high-pressure limit of 420 bar lets the unit operate in high-power mobile systems. The pump is supplied without a charge pump, so an external source must provide make-up flow, and a charge relief valve opens at 24 bar to safeguard the low-pressure side.
A 15-tooth B-B auxiliary pad allows an additional hydraulic accessory to be driven directly from the pump. Displacement is managed by a non-feedback proportional electric control that tilts the swashplate according to a 12-volt command signal, and the Deutsch DT04-2P connector delivers sealed electrical access for that circuit. A twin port endcap using Code 62 metric 4-bolt bosses simplifies line routing, and ANSI O-ring boss ports create leak-tight hydraulic connections. External charge full-flow filtration removes contaminants before oil reaches the rotating group. An internal orifice labeled A+b measures 1.3 mm and meters pilot flow to stabilize control response during displacement changes.
