The 11062585 hydraulic gear pump is manufactured by Danfoss as part of the GearMe Pumps series and is intended to supply pressurized fluid in automated hydraulic systems. It displaces 16.8 cm³ per revolution, giving predictable volume transfer each cycle. When operated at the maximum speed of 3000 rpm the unit can deliver a theoretical flow of 50.4 L/min to the circuit. Clockwise rotation must be followed to keep the internal gear set working correctly. Power is transmitted through an SAE J498 9-tooth 16/32 DP spline, providing a standardized shaft connection. Installation is handled with an SAE A two-bolt mounting flange, and fluid enters through a 1-5/16-12 UN inlet port sized for common suction hoses.
The pressure side uses a 1-1/16-12 UN outlet port to match standard discharge fittings. The pump is supplied without an integral relief valve, so external controls must protect the system from over-pressure. The shaft tolerates up to 75 N·m of torque, setting the mechanical drive limit. A pilot diameter of 82.55 mm centers the housing on the mounting pad for accurate alignment. Rotational inertia is 53.3×10⁻⁶ kg·m², which lowers the energy needed to bring the rotor up to speed. NBR seals contain the working fluid and resist typical hydraulic oils, and the assembled unit weighs 3.0 kg for straightforward handling during installation.
