The ZSFW160F1-1-1X/M/01 is a prefill valve in the ZSF Prefill Valves series produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits that demand rapid cylinder filling and draining. Its sandwich plate design lets the component mount directly between a subplate and a directional valve to minimize external piping. The nominal size NG160 provides the high flow capacity needed in large presses, while a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar allows safe use in high-pressure systems. There is a dedicated high-pressure connection so the valve can attach to an accumulator or pump outlet without extra manifolds. The installation position can be any orientation, simplifying layout in crowded power units. A 1.5 mm nozzle in channel P meters pilot oil for consistent actuation, and port P is threaded G1 1/4 to connect to standard high-flow fittings.
The interface follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 directional valve porting, enabling direct control by a 4WE 6 D pilot valve mounted on top. Keeping oil to ISO 4406 20/18/15 cleanliness prevents particles from impairing the seating surfaces. Port A is limited to 16 bar to safeguard the low-pressure return line during rapid discharge, whereas port X withstands 150 bar to carry the pilot signal. The X port uses a G1/2 thread, offering a compact connection for control tubing. NBR seals resist common mineral hydraulic oils and maintain leakage control across the full pressure range.
