The ZSFW100F0-1-1X/M/01 prefill valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the ZSF Prefill Valves series. It supports hydraulic automation tasks by opening large flow paths during rapid extension or retraction cycles. A nominal size of 100 permits high volume flow to and from the cylinder, while the flange connection simplifies direct mounting on a reservoir or manifold. The valve mating face follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 port pattern so it aligns with standard directional control plates. System integrity is maintained through a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar on ports b and p, and a pilot channel that tolerates up to 150 bar so the actuation piston can be driven reliably. Flow initiation is metered by a 1.0 mm nozzle that is factory fitted in channel P; the nozzle sits in an M8 × 1 thread which allows replacement if alternate orifice sizes are needed.
Port connections are sized for common hose fittings: the pressure inlet P uses a G1 thread, while the pilot line X uses a G3/8 thread to match typical control tubing. Port A sees no more than 16 bar, restricting back-pressure during cylinder discharge and protecting the seat geometry. An NBR seal set resists standard mineral oils and remains elastic between −30 °C and +70 °C hydraulic fluid temperatures, keeping leakage low across the expected service range. Cleanliness demands equal or better than class 20/18/15 per ISO 4406 to prevent premature wear of the seating surfaces. The fully assembled valve weighs 15 kg, enabling straightforward installation by a single technician without lift assistance.
