The ZSF160F1-1-1X/M/12 valve belongs to the ZSF Prefill Valves series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and is used to accelerate filling and draining cycles in hydraulic automation. It is built to the NG160 size, giving a large internal flow path, and it mounts through a flange connection that bolts directly to a cylinder or manifold. The housing is rated for 350 bar at ports P and b, and the pilot port X accepts up to 150 bar, enabling secure poppet locking under high system pressure. Port A may be exposed to 16 bar during exhaust, protecting cylinder return lines. A 1.5 mm nozzle in the NG160 body meters pilot oil to damp movement, and the pilot chamber volume of 122 cm³ provides pressure stability during switching. To prevent wear, incoming fluid must reach ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15, and NBR seals contain leakage around all joints. The fully assembled valve weighs 47 kg, which must be supported by the surrounding structure.
