It is a pilot-operated 3-way design, allowing excess inlet flow to bypass while holding the reduced outlet pressure at the desired set point. A nominal size of 10 supports medium frame manifolds, and the pressure stage is limited to 80 bar so downstream actuators are protected from higher supply pressure. The valve tolerates a maximum operating pressure of 315 bar on the inlet side and passes up to 120 L/min without exceeding its rated pressure losses.
