The ZDR6DPA2-4X/30YMV/60 pressure reducing valve is built by Bosch Rexroth and forms part of the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series. As a direct operated unit, it lowers inlet pressure to a set value for downstream actuators in hydraulic automation. Size 6 construction, matching NG6/CETOP 03 and NFPA D03 patterns, allows direct installation on standard subplates. The sandwich plate mounting format lets the valve sit between other stack modules without extra pipework. A locating hole designated /60 keeps the body centered during assembly to avoid misalignment. Pilot oil is supplied internally, while the return flow leaves through an external Y port to separate control oil from the main circuit.
The valve withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar so it can serve high-pressure circuits. It handles flow rates to 50 l/min, delivering stable regulation in medium-capacity systems. Acceptable hydraulic media include HL, HLP, and HLPD oils according to DIN 51524, ensuring compatibility with common mineral-oil based fluids. FKM seals provide chemical and temperature resistance to maintain sealing integrity under demanding conditions. The T(Y) port tolerates backpressure up to 160 bar, preventing control drift when the tank line experiences elevated pressure. Because the design is supplied without an integral check valve, reverse flow must be controlled by separate hardware in the manifold.
