The ZDR6DP7-4X/75YM pressure reducing valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and limits downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits by throttling flow at port P. Nominal size 6 enables compact manifold integration, and the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern matches standard CETOP 03 subplates. A rotary knob with scale lets the technician set the required secondary pressure, which is held at 75 bar while the inlet may reach 350 bar. Internal pilot oil supply simplifies plumbing, whereas pilot oil is returned externally to avoid cross-flow within the block. Leakage oil is also routed externally through port T(Y) to keep the control chamber vented.
A G1/4 pressure gauge port drilled 12 mm deep lets personnel verify the set pressure during commissioning. The valve manages flow rates up to 50 l/min and tolerates 160 bar backpressure at port T(Y) without functional loss. No check valve is built in, so reverse flow must be handled elsewhere in the circuit. Cleanliness class ISO 4406 20/18/15 is required to prevent spool wear, and the body can be mounted in any position to suit tight machine envelopes. Four M5 ISO 4762-10.9 screws secure the unit to the subplate and ensure the sealing faces are evenly loaded.
