The ZDR6DP3-4X/80YMV/60 is a pressure reducing valve in the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It keeps a stable secondary pressure in hydraulic automation circuits and fits compact manifolds through its size 6 (NG6) format. Pressure reduction occurs in channel P, and adjustment is made with a lockable rotary knob that has a scale for accurate settings; the factory value is 80 bar. The valve uses an internal pilot supply with an external return to streamline plumbing. It accommodates maximum inlet pressures of 350 bar and manages flow rates up to 50 l/min, giving it a suitable range for medium-capacity machinery.
This model is supplied without a check valve, so reverse flow must be managed externally. It can be installed in any orientation and aligns precisely via a locating hole. The body follows mounting interface ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 and is secured by four ISO 4762 M5 class 10.9 screws. Counter pressures up to 160 bar on port T do not disturb the set value, and a G1/4 pressure gauge port permits direct monitoring. FKM seals resist common hydraulic fluids, and the required oil cleanliness is ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to maintain functional reliability.
