The ZDR6DP3-4X/150YM is a pressure reducing valve from Bosch Rexroth in the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series, intended to stabilize downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. It uses a sandwich plate design in size 6, allowing it to be stacked between subplates and directional valves. Pressure reduction takes place at port P, and the setpoint can be adjusted with a lockable rotary knob that has a scale for repeatable settings. Internal pilot oil supply feeds the control stage, while an external pilot oil return routes fluid back to tank. The valve supports a secondary pressure up to 150 bar and can tolerate a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar in the primary circuit.
The assembly handles flow rates up to 50 l/min and accepts counter pressure at port T(y) up to 160 bar. There is no integrated check valve, so reverse flow must be managed elsewhere in the system. Fluid cleanliness should meet ISO 4406 20/18/15 to maintain functional reliability. The porting pattern follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05, and four M5 screws per ISO 4762-10.9 secure the module in the stack. A G1/4 pressure gauge port allows monitoring of the reduced line, and NBR sealing elements contain the working fluid.
