The ZDR6DP2-4X/75YM/5 pressure reducing valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is used to hold a stable downstream pressure in hydraulic automation systems. With a nominal size of 6, the valve fits compact manifold stacks that follow the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern. Sandwich plate mounting lets the unit sit between subplates without extra piping, and pressure is taken from port P, then regulated by an internal pilot supply and returned through an external pilot line. System pressure can be set with a sleeve that has a hexagon head and a protective cap, and the secondary side is limited to 75 bar. NBR seals provide compatibility with standard mineral oil-based media.
The inlet side may reach 350 bar while the valve passes up to 50 l/min without exceeding its rated capacity, and counter pressure at the tank port must remain below 160 bar to keep correct regulation. The design includes no check valve, so reverse flow must be handled elsewhere in the circuit. Acceptable operating media include HL, HLP, HLPD, and HFC fluids, giving the user a choice between mineral oils and water-glycol mixes. The housing can be mounted in any orientation, which simplifies layout in crowded power units. Hydraulic cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 code 20/18/15 to protect the precision edges inside the unit.
