It serves to maintain a stable secondary pressure in hydraulic circuits where consistent downstream control is required. The valve is built in nominal size 6 (NG6), allowing compact integration on subplates that follow the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern. Its secondary pressure is limited to 75 bar, while the inlet can accept up to 350 bar so upstream variations do not disturb the regulated branch. Flow capability reaches 50 l/min, supporting medium-capacity actuators without excessive pressure drop. Pressure adjustment is made through a sleeve with a hex and protective cap, enabling secure setting changes during commissioning. Pilot oil is taken internally with an external return via port Y, and pressure reduction acts on main line P to keep the downstream side at the selected value.
For installation the valve can be mounted in any orientation with four ISO 4762-M5-10.9 screws, and the mass is 1.2 kg so manual handling is straightforward. Counter pressure on port Y may rise to 160 bar without affecting control stability, while a G1/4 pressure gauge port 12 mm deep provides a location to monitor the regulated line. The unit has no integrated check valve, therefore reverse flow must be handled externally. An NBR seal package is fitted to suit common mineral oils and ensure leak-tight operation over the service life. Cleanliness requirements correspond to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15, emphasizing the need for filtered supply oil.
