The ZDR6DP2-4X/160YMV/60 pressure reducing valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series. It limits downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits that require stable control. The body is produced in size 6 so it fits compact CETOP-03 manifolds, and it follows porting pattern ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 for interface compatibility. Downstream regulation occurs at port P, while an internal pilot oil supply eliminates external pilot lines. The inlet side tolerates up to 350 bar, and the return line can carry 160 bar without affecting performance. Up to 50 l/min can flow through the valve, supporting medium-capacity systems. Pressure is adjusted with a sleeve that has a hexagonal head (type 2), allowing a wrench to set the spring force securely.
The valve weighs 1.2 kg, permitting easy handling during manifold assembly. Four M5 ISO 4762-10.9 screws secure the housing against hydraulic loads, and a locating hole specified by the /60 code positions the unit accurately on the subplate. There is no internal check valve, so reverse flow must be controlled externally. FKM seals allow operation with common fluids at temperatures up to 80 °C, and viscosities as high as 800 mm²/s can be handled during cold starts. A G1/4 pressure gauge port lets technicians monitor the reduced pressure directly. These features complete the installation and fluid compatibility profile of the ZDR6DP2-4X/160YMV/60 valve.
