The ZDR6DP1-4X/75YM/12 valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is used in hydraulic automation to keep downstream pressure constant while the supply side remains higher. It fits Cetop size D03 manifolds and follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting pattern, allowing installation as a sandwich plate between other sub-plates. The nominal size is 6, and pressure is reduced in port P, flowing from P2 to P1 toward sensitive actuators. An internal pilot oil supply senses the controlled side, while pilot oil returns externally to avoid internal back-pressure. This direct-operated pressure reducing valve tolerates inlet pressures up to 350 bar and passes flow rates as high as 50 l/min without stability loss. Back pressure in port T is allowed up to 160 bar, making the valve suitable for circuits with elevated tank lines. No check valve is integrated, so reverse flow must be handled by other components. NBR seals provide compatibility with common hydraulic oils and maintain leakage control across the stated range.
