The ZDR6DP1-4X/75YM pressure reducing valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits that require a stable downstream pressure. Its nominal size is 6, and the sandwich plate connection allows the unit to be stacked directly between other ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 valve plates. Four working ports are provided, and pressure is reduced in channel P according to spool symbol P2 → P1. Secondary pressure is set with a rotary knob (type 1) and can be limited up to 75 bar. Pilot oil is taken internally while the drain is routed externally through port Y. A G1/4 pressure-gauge port lets maintenance staff monitor the adjusted value. The externally drained pilot stage vents independently, which prevents pressure spikes in the pilot chamber during high-flow events.
