The ZDR6DP1-4X/150YM pressure reducing valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and serves hydraulic automation tasks by stabilizing downstream pressure. It uses a direct-operated mechanism for fast response, and its nominal size 6 body integrates easily into compact manifolds. The secondary pressure stage is capped at 150 bar so connected actuators are protected from supply variations. A rotary knob provides tool-free adjustment of the regulated pressure. Pilot oil is taken internally from the main P channel and returned externally to isolate pilot flow, while pressure is reduced in port P itself. A G1/4 gauge connection allows technicians to read the controlled value during setup. The inlet can withstand up to 350 bar, giving the valve a broad operating envelope for high-pressure systems.
The design supports a maximum flow of 50 l/min, making it suitable for medium-duty circuits without causing excessive pressure loss. Counter pressure at port T can reach 160 bar, preventing inadvertent valve opening when back pressure builds in the tank line. An ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting pattern enables direct stacking with other NG6 components, and four ISO 4762-M5-10.9 screws secure the unit firmly to the subplate. NBR seals contain common hydraulic oils and resist standard temperature ranges. The housing includes no check valve, allowing unrestricted reverse flow that must be managed elsewhere, and it is supplied without a locating hole so alignment depends on the manifold dowels and screw clamping. These construction features combine to provide reliable pressure regulation in compact hydraulic assemblies.
