The ZDR6DP1-43/150YM pressure reducing valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series. It limits downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits so actuators receive a stable supply. This valve is built in size 6 and can accept inlet pressures up to 350 bar while holding the secondary circuit at 150 bar. A maximum flow of 50 l/min passes through the body without causing instability. Pressure is lowered in channel P, which routes pilot fluid internally before the pilot oil is returned externally to tank. Because the pilot feed is internal, no additional supply line is necessary, yet the external return permits low back-pressure at the drain port.
This model is intended for sandwich plate installation, matching the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting arrangement for straightforward stacking beneath directional valves. The setting is changed with a rotary knob that lets technicians tune pressure without tools. There is no integral check valve, and no locating hole is provided for pin positioning, so alignment relies on the subplate studs. NBR seals are fitted to handle common mineral oils and moderate temperatures. Port Y can tolerate up to 160 bar during operation, and the housing weighs 1.2 kg, allowing manual handling when assembling modular manifolds.
