The ZDR6DB2-4X/75YM pressure reducing valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is intended to stabilize downstream pressure in hydraulic automation lines. It mates with nominal size 6 manifolds and conforms to the CETOP D03 interface, allowing direct stack assembly in modular control blocks. The sandwich plate mounting style positions the body between adjoining elements, and the porting pattern follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 so channels align without adapters. Four ports are provided, and the spool marked P2 → P1 routes flow while reducing pressure in channel P. An adjustable sleeve with a hexagon head sits beneath a protective cap to set the secondary pressure, which can be limited to 75 bar for circuit safety.
The valve tolerates inlet pressures up to 350 bar and passes flow rates as high as 50 l/min, making it suitable for mid-capacity actuators. Pilot oil is supplied internally and returned externally through port Y to keep the drain path free of load pressure. A check valve is not included, so reverse flow requires an external component if needed. NBR seals contain the media, and the elastomers are compatible with HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, and HFC fluids. No locating hole is provided, so plate dowels or bolts maintain alignment within the stack. This combination of pressure capacity, flow rating, and fluid compatibility supports compact pressure control stages across a range of industrial machinery.
