It fits a nominal size 6 interface and attaches as a sandwich plate, allowing it to sit between manifold sections without extra hardware. A porting pattern of ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 matches the NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03 footprint for direct sub-plate mounting. The valve can be installed in any position, and pressure is set with a rotary knob for straightforward manual tuning. Internal pilot oil supply eliminates an external feed line, while an external pilot oil return directs pilot flow to tank to prevent back-pressure on the control stage. A G1/4 pressure-gauge port that is 12 mm deep supports routine monitoring, and NBR seals provide compatibility with standard mineral hydraulic oils.
This model reduces pressure specifically in channel B and holds the secondary circuit to 25 bar even when primary pressure reaches 350 bar. It supports flow rates up to 50 l/min and tolerates counter-pressure on the return line up to 160 bar without losing stability. The design is supplied without a check valve, so reverse flow must be handled elsewhere in the circuit.
