The ZDR6DB1-4X/210YM/12 valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and serves to maintain controlled pressure in automated hydraulic systems. It is built in size 6 and follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern, allowing direct mounting on standard subplates. Four ports provide individual paths for inlet, outlet, pilot, and drain functions. Pilot oil is supplied internally while drained externally, and leakage oil exits through port T(Y). Pressure is set with a rotary knob, with the inlet side rated for 350 bar and the secondary side limited to 210 bar. The design tolerates up to 160 bar counter-pressure in the drain line without affecting regulation.
Installation uses four M5 ISO 4762-10.9 screws, and NBR seals isolate the hydraulic interface. The valve accommodates flows up to 50 l/min, supporting medium-duty actuator circuits. A G1/4 gauge port bored 12 mm deep and accessed by a SW6 hex enables direct monitoring of the regulated line. There is no built-in check valve, so reverse flow control must be handled externally. These features provide a compact, service-friendly component for pressure management in manifold blocks.
