The ZDR6DA2-4X/75YM/12 is a pressure reducing valve from Bosch Rexroth in the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series, intended to maintain stable downstream pressure in hydraulic automation loops. Pressure is adjusted with a sleeve that has a hexagon protective cap so technicians can modify the setting without dismantling the unit. The valve is built to nominal size 6 and accepts an input pressure of up to 315 bar. Its secondary pressure stage is limited to 75 bar and the reduction takes place through port A. Pilot oil is drawn internally and returned externally to separate the control circuit from the main flow. NBR seals are installed to match common hydraulic fluids and maintain leak-free service.
The device supports flow rates up to 50 l/min and tolerates counter pressure on the return line up to 160 bar. Manifold mounting follows the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 pattern and is fastened with UNC /12 screws, while the hydraulic ports carry UNF /12 threads for consistent connection hardware. No check valve is integrated, and no locating hole is provided, so alignment depends solely on the mounting bolts. The body can be installed in any position, meeting layout requirements in compact power units. Cleanliness of the supplied fluid must meet ISO 4406 code 20/18/15 to avoid erosion or spool sticking during operation.
