The ZDR6DA2-4X/75Y/12 valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series. It limits pressure in hydraulic automation loops by reducing the pressure in port A to a preset 75 bar secondary level. Nominal size 6 keeps the envelope compact, while the sandwich plate connection lets it be stacked between other plates. The porting pattern follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 for direct interchangeability with standard manifolds. Pressure is adjusted through a hex sleeve with a protective cap so the setting stays secure. An internal pilot oil supply energizes the control stage, and an external pilot oil return keeps pilot flow isolated from the tank line. An integrated check valve permits unrestricted reverse flow, and NBR seals maintain reliable sealing.
The valve handles inlet pressures up to 315 bar and accommodates flow rates to 50 l/min for medium-size actuators. A G1/4 gauge port allows direct pressure readings during setup or troubleshooting. Port Y accepts back pressure to 160 bar while maintaining stable regulation. Four M5 mounting screws in grade 10.9 secure the unit within the stack and resist mechanical load. Compatibility with HL, HLP, HLPD, and HFC fluids covers both mineral and water-glycol media. These capabilities provide consistent pressure control across diverse industrial hydraulic systems.
