The ZDR6DA2-4X/210YV pressure reducing valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is intended to maintain controlled downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. Nominal size 6 dimensions match the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting pattern, and the inlet port A tolerates up to 315 bar. Outlet pressure is limited to 210 bar through port A, adjusted with a sleeve that has a hexagon under a protective cap. An integrated check valve permits unrestricted reverse flow, while pilot oil is supplied internally and drained externally to prevent back-pressure influence.
Counter pressure at port T(y) can reach 160 bar without disrupting regulation, and the unit handles flows up to 50 l/min. Fluid temperatures supported by the FKM seal range from -20 °C to +80 °C. A G1/4 pressure gauge port allows visual monitoring of the reduced line, and four M5 ISO 4762-10.9 screws secure the valve to the manifold. The internal passages are produced to cleanliness class ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to limit particle contamination.
