The ZDR6DA2-4X/210Y pressure reducing valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is used to stabilize downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. Its nominal size of 6 lets it fit compact subplate systems while still handling a maximum flow of 50 l/min, supporting medium-flow actuator branches. A secondary pressure rating of 210 bar defines the controlled outlet level, whereas the valve tolerates up to 315 bar at the inlet so it can be connected to high-pressure supply manifolds. Pressure reduction takes place only in channel A, allowing designers to dedicate that port to sensitive loads. Pilot oil is taken internally and returned externally through port Y, which offers flexible venting arrangements. NBR seals provide compatibility with common mineral oils in factory hydraulics, and cleanliness requirements of ISO 4406 20/18/15 dictate filtration that protects the spool from abrasive wear.
