The unit draws pilot oil internally while returning it externally, separating control flow from the main line for reliable operation. Pressure reduction takes place in channel A, and the secondary pressure is limited to 150 bar to protect downstream actuators. System cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 so the internal surfaces remain free of excessive particulate contamination.
The valve mounts as a sandwich plate and aligns to the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 interface, enabling stack installation beneath directional valves. It can be installed in any position, giving designers freedom in vertical or horizontal block arrangements. Maximum operating pressure on the inlet side reaches 315 bar, while counter-pressure in port T may rise to 160 bar without affecting regulation accuracy. Flow capacity is 50 l/min, fitting medium-sized circuits such as clamp or feed lines. Sealing elements are made from FKM to tolerate higher temperatures and aggressive fluids. There is no integrated check valve, so reverse flow must be handled by external components.
