The ZDR10VP5-3X/50YM pressure reducing valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is built by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits that need stable downstream pressure. It performs a 3-way pressure reducing function so line pressure on port P1 does not exceed the set level while surplus oil is routed to tank. The nominal size is 10, allowing moderate flow paths without excessive footprint. A maximum operating pressure of 315 bar lets the primary side handle standard system ranges, while the secondary side can be adjusted up to 50 bar to protect sensitive actuators. Pressure reduction occurs in the P channel as oil moves from P2 to P1. Pilot oil is taken internally and returned externally through port TA, and a G1/8 gauge port is present for monitoring.
The subplate footprint follows the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 mounting pattern, making the valve interchangeable with other CETOP 05 components. Five working ports provide separate connections for pressure, tank, and pilot lines so manifold routing remains clear. Secondary pressure is set by an internal hex screw that sits under a protective cap, preventing accidental adjustments. The unit passes up to 100 l/min, supporting medium-capacity systems without inducing high pressure drop.
