The ZDR10DP2-5X/75YMV is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series. The unit limits downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. It fits NG10 manifolds using a sandwich plate mounting interface and follows the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 port layout to stack between directional valves. Pilot oil is drawn internally and returned externally, so only the return gallery must be drilled for backflow. The spool marked P2→P1 establishes the pressure-regulated path, while a sleeve with hexagon and cap allows the set pressure to be adjusted without dismantling the stack. The factory range tops out at 75 bar on the reduced side, accommodating applications such as pilot circuits. Acceptable fluid viscosity spans 10 to 3800 mm²/s, supporting both mineral oils and higher-viscosity media.
The valve tolerates 315 bar at the inlet and 160 bar counter-pressure at port T, providing margin for high-pressure supply lines. Flow capacity reaches 80 l/min, allowing stable control on medium-size actuators. There is no integrated check valve, so reverse flow must be managed by external components. FKM seals are fitted to resist synthetic fluids and elevated temperatures, provided the oil cleanliness remains at ISO 4406(c) 20/18/15 or better. Total mass is 2.440 kg, which maintains manageable stack weight when multiple functions are combined in a manifold.
