The ZDR10DP2-5X/75YM valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series for secondary pressure control in hydraulic automation systems. It fits a nominal size 10 envelope and bolts between sub-plates as a sandwich plate unit, following the ISO 4401-5 porting pattern so it can be stacked with matching directional or flow modules. Pilot oil is taken internally, which eliminates an external supply line, while the pressure is trimmed by a sleeve equipped with a hexagon head and a protective cap to deter inadvertent adjustment. Reduced flow exits through port P1, and a dedicated pressure-gauge port is provided for direct monitoring of the regulated circuit. The factory pressure stage is 75 bar, giving actuators a stable working level beneath the main line pressure. These features combine to create a compact element that maintains downstream pressure without additional plumbing.

The valve accepts a main line pressure up to 315 bar yet limits back pressure on the tank return to 160 bar to protect the control spool from reverse loading. A maximum flow of 80 L/min can pass through the body without exceeding performance limits, making the unit suitable for medium-capacity machines. Leakage oil is routed through an external TA drain line so housing pressure stays low and response remains consistent. The hydraulic cleanliness requirement is ISO 4406 20/18/15, indicating the level of filtration needed to prevent wear at the pilot orifices. An NBR seal package is fitted to resist common mineral oils at typical operating temperatures, and no check valve is included, leaving designers free to add separate reverse-flow components when required. Together, these specifications define reliable pressure reduction while simplifying manifold layout and maintenance tasks.
