The ZDR10DP2-5X/210YMV pressure reducing valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series from Bosch Rexroth. In hydraulic automation it maintains a constant downstream pressure by throttling flow between supply and controlled lines. The valve is built in nominal size 10 and follows the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 port pattern so it fits standardized subplates in circuit manifolds. Its CETOP D05 interface and sandwich plate mounting enable stacking with other D05 elements without extra piping. Five service ports are provided to route pressure, return, and pilot lines through the stack. The internal pilot supply taps the inlet for sensing, while an external drain returns pilot leakage without influencing outlet pressure. Flow direction is defined by the spool symbol P2 → P1, ensuring reduction occurs only from the designated inlet path.
Pressure adjustment is carried out through a hex bushing with a protective cap that shields the setting against accidental change. At the inlet the unit tolerates operating pressures up to 315 bar, yet the pressure stage limits the reduced side to 210 bar for circuit protection. Downstream back pressure may reach 160 bar without affecting stability, and the valve passes up to 80 l/min so it can serve medium flow actuators. A G 1/4 port allows direct connection of a pressure gauge to monitor the controlled line during commissioning. FKM seals resist common hydraulic oils and elevated temperatures, maintaining leak-free service. Total mass is 2.440 kg, which supports easy handling when inserting the slice into a CETOP stack.
