The ZDR10DP2-54/150YM valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series for hydraulic automation circuits. It uses mechanical actuation to shift a direct operated 3-way spool and is built in nominal size 10. The unit mounts as a sandwich plate to manifolds that share the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 interface, allowing easy stacking with other NG10 components. Five working ports are provided, and the functional path follows the P2→P1 spool symbol with two discrete switching positions. Pressure reduction is applied in channel P so secondary circuits can be fed at controlled pressure levels.
A maximum inlet pressure of 350 bar can be accepted, while the secondary side is limited to 150 bar to protect downstream actuators. Pilot oil is taken internally from the supply gallery and is returned externally to the tank, preventing cross-port contamination. The valve is compatible with HL class hydraulic fluid, and all dynamic seals are made of NBR to resist mineral oil aging. Overall mass is 2.44 kg, permitting manual handling during manifold assembly.
