The ZDR10DP1-5X/210YM/12 valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth to regulate secondary pressure in hydraulic automation systems. The unit is built to nominal size NG10 for manifold mounting and follows the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 porting pattern, enabling direct installation on standard subplates. Pressure reduction occurs in channel P, the pilot oil is supplied internally, and the return flow exits externally through port TA to keep control oil separate from the main circuit. Required outlet pressure is set with a rotary knob, and the spring chamber can maintain up to 210 bar on the secondary side. NBR seals are fitted to resist common hydraulic oils and minimize leakage.
The valve tolerates inlet pressures up to 315 bar and withstands 160 bar back pressure at port TA without losing accuracy. It accommodates flow rates to 80 l/min so moderate-capacity pumps can be used without oversizing. Operating fluid viscosity can vary from 10 mm²/s to 800 mm²/s, and fluid temperature is allowed between −30 °C and +80 °C, covering cold starts and elevated oil temperatures. A G1/4 pressure gauge connection with 12 mm thread depth is included for monitoring the reduced line. These limits define the working envelope and support reliable pressure control in mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment.
