A G1/4 pressure gauge port drilled to 12 mm depth allows direct mounting of test equipment for routine verification and troubleshooting. It can be mounted in any position, and four M6 screws per ISO 4762 secure the housing to the manifold for leak-free sealing; standard tightening torque for grade 8.8 fasteners keeps the seal preload consistent over time. Hydraulic medium cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 code 20/18/15 to prevent spool wear and sticking. These limits on flow, pressure, mounting, and oil quality provide clear criteria for integrating the component into stationary or mobile manifolds.
