The ZDR10DB2-5X/150YM/12 valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series produced by Bosch Rexroth. It is a 3-way pressure reducing unit intended to limit downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. The valve is direct operated so response begins as soon as inlet pressure rises, and size 10 dimensions match CETOP D05 manifolds. It mounts as a sandwich plate and follows the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 interface pattern so it can be stacked beneath directional valves. Pressure is reduced in channel P while pilot oil is supplied from channel B and discharged externally through port Y, making it suitable for systems that separate drain flow from the main return line.
The maximum operating pressure at the inlet is 350 bar, while secondary pressure can be set up to 150 bar to protect downstream actuators. A maximum flow of 160 l/min keeps pressure losses low in medium-capacity circuits. Operators adjust the setting by a sleeve with a hexagon and protective cap, which allows secure fine-tuning on site. A G1/4 pressure gauge port 12 mm deep is provided for easy monitoring of the reduced pressure. There is no internal check valve, so reverse flow must be handled elsewhere in the circuit. The valve uses NBR seals for compatibility with standard mineral oils and maintains the stated ratings over a long service life.
