The ZDR10DB1-5X/75YM pressure reducing valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series produced by Bosch Rexroth. It limits downstream pressure in hydraulic automation circuits and is built in nominal size 10. A rotary knob allows operators to set the secondary side up to 75 bar. The valve accepts inlet pressure up to 315 bar and supports a flow rate of 80 l/min. Counter pressure at port T can reach 160 bar without affecting regulation accuracy. The valve mounts as a sandwich plate between subplate and actuator stack, using the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 pattern and the NFPA D05 interface T3.5.1 R2-2002 for all ports. Pressure is reduced in gallery P with pilot oil taken from passage B to keep the main flow path unobstructed. A G1/4 gauge port drilled 12 mm deep provides a location for pressure monitoring devices. The unit is supplied without an integral check valve, so reverse flow must be controlled elsewhere. NBR sealing elements ensure compatibility with standard mineral hydraulic fluids.
