The ZDR10DB1-5X/210YM/12 pressure reducing valve is built by Bosch Rexroth for the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and maintains a controlled secondary pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. The NG10 nominal size matches D05 subplates, and the NFPA T3.5.1M R1 D05 mounting pattern allows direct stacking under directional valves. Its ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 porting pattern aligns the P, T, A, and B passages without adapters. A rotary knob lets technicians set the outlet to the specified 210 bar secondary pressure, while the valve withstands a maximum input pressure of 315 bar at port P. The regulated flow leaves through reduction port P1, and pilot oil is taken internally from port B so no external pilot line is needed. A SAE gauge port is provided for pressure indication during commissioning.
The assembly carries up to 80 L/min without disturbing its pressure stability and tolerates 160 bar back pressure at port T, allowing installation in return circuits with elevated tank pressure. Leakage oil is routed through an external drain to prevent housing pressure rise. Mineral oil that meets DIN 51524 types HL or HLP is the required working fluid, and system cleanliness has to achieve ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to maintain spool mobility. There is no built-in check valve, so reverse flow must be handled by a separate element. A dedicated internal passage keeps external plumbing simple, and the instrumentation port completes access without restricting the main flow path.
