Sandwich plate mounting allows it to be stacked between other ISO-compatible components without extra tubing. The porting pattern follows ISO 4401-05-04-0-05, enabling direct interchange with standard CETOP 5 interfaces. Pressure is trimmed in channel A, directing regulated flow to the downstream circuit. Pilot oil is taken internally, while the return path is external, which isolates control oil from the main flow. Pressure adjustment is carried out by a sleeve with a hexagon and cap, offering straightforward wrench access for setting changes. The secondary pressure is limited to 75 bar, providing a defined ceiling for actuators in the controlled branch.
The valve tolerates a maximum inlet pressure of 315 bar so it can be installed on high-pressure supply manifolds. Counter pressure at port T may reach 160 bar without disturbing regulation accuracy. A rated flow of 80 l/min keeps pressure losses low in medium-capacity circuits. Fluid from the pilot stage drains through port TA, ensuring consistent pilot operation even when tank pressure fluctuates. A G1/4 pressure gauge port is included for direct monitoring of the reduced line. The internal passages meet cleanliness class ISO 4406 20/18/15, which calls for filtration suited to that contamination level. The unit can be mounted in any position, simplifying layout inside confined power units. A built-in check valve permits unrestricted reverse flow, protecting the system during dynamic load changes.
