The ZDR10DA2-5X/75Y pressure reducing valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series produced by Bosch Rexroth. It is applied in hydraulic automation circuits to maintain a stable secondary pressure downstream of the inlet port. The unit is built in size 10 and follows the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 porting pattern, allowing direct mounting on standard subplates. Pressure is reduced in channel A, with pilot oil supplied internally and returned externally, ensuring dependable control without additional lines inside the manifold. The design tolerates an inlet pressure up to 315 bar while limiting the secondary side to 75 bar. A sleeve with a hexagon forms the adjustment mechanism, and the operator turns a SW10 hex to set the required output level.
The valve supports a flow rate up to 80 l/min and includes a G1/4 port for a pressure gauge so system readings can be taken near the regulated channel. An integrated check valve allows free reverse flow when the circuit requires it, while leakage oil is routed externally through port TA to prevent case pressure buildup. Counter pressure on the tank side may reach 160 bar without affecting the set value. Four ISO 4762 M6-10.9 screws secure the housing to the subplate, and the elastomer seals are made of NBR to match common hydraulic fluids. Even clamping improves the sealing surface and supports reliable service at the stated flow capability.
