The ZDR10DA2-5X/210Y/12 valve is part of the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is installed to maintain a controlled secondary pressure level in hydraulic automation circuits. It is built in nominal size 10 and follows the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 porting pattern for straightforward subplate integration. A CETOP D05 mounting interface supports interchange with standard manifolds, while an adjustment sleeve with a hexagon cap lets personnel set the desired pressure without special tools. An integrated check valve allows unrestricted reverse flow when the secondary side demands it. Pilot oil is taken internally from the inlet channel, and the drained pilot oil leaves externally through port TA to avoid mixing with tank flow. The inlet side can withstand operating pressures up to 315 bar, and the secondary circuit is limited to a maximum of 210 bar to protect downstream components. Counter pressure at port T may reach 160 bar without disturbing the regulating accuracy, and the design handles flows up to 80 l/min for medium-capacity machines. The body provides five ports that cover pressure, tank, and pilot functions in a compact footprint. A G1/4 pressure-gauge port is included so technicians can observe the reduced pressure directly. NBR sealing elements are used to resist common hydraulic oils and keep leakage low. The complete unit weighs 2.56 kg, which eases manual handling during installation or maintenance.
