The body tolerates up to 315 bar on the inlet side while capping the secondary circuit at 150 bar, so downstream components remain protected. Pressure is set by a sleeve that has a hexagon drive and a protective cap, letting service personnel adjust the spring load while shielding the mechanism from debris; the hex socket dimension is SW6. Version A incorporates a check valve that permits free reverse flow when circuit conditions demand. Leakage oil exits through port TA, keeping case pressure low, and the spring chamber withstands up to 160 bar of backpressure. Four M6 screws, specified as ISO 4762 grade 10.9, clamp the housing securely to the manifold, while FKM seals contain fluid even under elevated temperature or chemical stress.
