This model is a direct-operated pressure reducing valve, so pressure regulation is achieved without a separate pilot stage. The secondary pressure can be set up to 150 bar, allowing controlled downstream pressure levels. It tolerates input pressures up to 315 bar, which covers high-pressure supply lines. Backpressure at port T can reach 160 bar without disturbing regulation, enabling use in return lines that are not at atmospheric pressure. A maximum flow of 80 l/min passes through the valve, matching medium-size actuator demands. The porting pattern follows ISO 4401-05-04-0-05, so it fits standard subplates with that interface. Adjustment is made by a sleeve with a hexagon and a protective cap, allowing tool-based pressure setting while guarding against accidental changes. Pressure reduction takes place in channel A, so only that flow path is influenced by the valve. Pilot oil is supplied internally, which eliminates external pilot lines. Pilot oil drains externally, preventing pressure buildup in the spring chamber. The gauge port uses an SAE thread to simplify connection of pressure instruments. FKM seals provide compatibility with higher-temperature oils and many synthetic fluids.
