The ZDR10DA1-5X/75Y/12 pressure reducing valve belongs to the ZDR Pressure Reducing Valves series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It maintains a defined secondary pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. The unit is supplied in nominal size 10 for NG10 interfaces and installs as a sandwich plate between manifold sections. Its porting pattern matches ISO 4401-05-04-0-05, and pressure reduction is limited to channel A. The downstream side can be set up to 75 bar and is adjusted with a rotary knob for straightforward manual tuning. The valve tolerates an input operating pressure of 315 bar without loss of function. Connection pads for A, B, P, TA, and TB integrate the component into standard pressure and tank lines.
System flow capacity reaches 80 l/min, supporting medium-flow applications while limiting pressure drop. Counter pressure at port T may rise to 160 bar without disturbing regulation. Pilot oil is taken internally and drained externally through port Y to isolate the control stage from tank line fluctuations. Version A includes an internal check valve that permits reverse flow when downstream pressure exceeds the setting. All static seals are made of NBR to suit mineral and select synthetic fluids. A G1/4 pressure gauge port, 12 mm deep with an SW6 hex, allows direct monitoring during setup. Accepted hydraulic media include HL, HLP, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFC. Four M6 ISO 4762 class 10.9 screws secure the assembly and provide the clamping force required for leak-free operation.
